Why does the internal profile stop responding?

At some point, freeswitch just "freezes"
Everything is fine in the logs - there are no errors, calls and other standard features
There is no wild load
"sofia status profile internal" - it just hangs without a response
fs_cli is loading, but there is silence
What could be the reason or where to look ?
