Video cards

Why does the image freeze on the PC for a while (2 monitors + 1tv)?

The essence of the problem:
When connecting 3 displays (2 monitors, 1 TV), everything is in order. All three devices are determined, the mouse runs on all three norms. As soon as I turn off the TV - mouse lags begin - the image on the monitor freezes every 3-5 seconds. And not only the mouse sticks, but the whole system, judging by the task manager monitor. It is treated - by pulling out the hdmi cable from the TV or the TV network cable from the outlet. As soon as the cable is pulled out - everything is fine.
Computer configuration:
Mother: ASUS P8Z77-V LE
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K
Video: Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 550 PULSE OC [11268-03-20G]
Memory: 8Gb Kingston
PSU: Aerocool VP-450W Bronze
HDD: 256 GB SSD- drive Samsung 860 Pro [MZ-76P256BW] + SATA 500Gb WD Blue...
Monitors: S24E390 (x2)
TV: Sony KDL-43WE755
OS: Win10 1803 x64
Cables through which displays are connected
1) monitor - hdmi-hdmi
2) monitor - dvi-dvi \ vga (on the monitor VGA, DVI cable is connected via a DVI-adapter VGA)
3) tv - displaport-hdmi
As long as all 3 outputs on the vidyuhi are used, then everything is OK, when the TV is cut down - the image starts to hang periodically (every 3-5 seconds). This problem began to manifest itself after the purchase of vidyuhi and PSU. A video card is needed to connect 3 displays (a motherboard with built-in video only supports 2).
What I tried:
- swap 1 and 3 on the display side;
- changed the USB ports of the mouse (usb2.0\3.0);
- rearranged the memory to another slot on the motherboard;
- drivers updated;
- BIOS with the latest firmware;
- put the old PSU;
What could be? Perhaps you need to tweak some settings in the BIOS? How to solve this problem? I don’t want to drag the video card back to the store (all the more it may not be the case), because. this is a technically complex product. I will be glad to everyone who will respond and throw at least some ideas.

@Hellimon

You need to set all three monitors to the same resolution, and it's better to use one vga socket one at a time, and then stick all three.
There was also a case that disabling audio transmission over Hdmi helped
