Why does the GREtunnel constantly break on the virtual mikrotik?

A strange situation has arisen. Prokiunl between two Mikrotiks GRE tunnel. Everything is connected, we work with routing and so on. But later one small but unpleasant moment turned out, this tunnel breaks periodically, for a short time (1/2 second) and then it is restored. It breaks every minute or so. Tried other tunnels IPIP / EoIP / GRE, the result is the same. I also want to clarify that the problematic mikrotik works from under ESXi.

Interval (approximately 50 sec races):

Routes on the problematic router:

The firmware on both routers is the same (6.43.11). Updating to the latest version doesn't help. The problematic router was also updated to the next version (6.43.12), it did not affect it in any way. One gets the impression that the problem is not even in Mikrotik, but in the virtual interface.

From quickly came to mind - MTU. There is a possibility that it is the problem. Try playing around with the settings on both sides.
