Why does the font look smaller in figma than in layout?

I'm setting up a project. And for some reason, almost all fonts in the layout look much larger.
For example, a button in the header.
Layout - prnt.sc/w8yxx7. Bold font, 18px.
Layout - prnt.sc/w8yygw. The same settings.
prnt.sc/w8yzfh - browser on top of the figma, you can see that the font is very different. The menu to the right of the button also has a 14px font in the layout, but in the layout it is directly larger.
Why can this be so?

Look for the problem in the layout.
Here I attached how Roboto looks in Figma with your parameters, it is almost identical. But with the layout it diverges.

Perhaps either there is absolutely no Roboto used there, because. visually the font is more compressed in height
