Can I get constructive criticism on the first design?

I would like to receive constructive criticism on my first (!) design in my life.
https://youtu.be/11dOhtHZKRc
And also get answers to a few questions:
1. The "Services", "Contacts" pages look too empty compared to the rest. How can this problem be solved specifically in my case? (Cham to dilute the background?)
2. Stupid question, of course. Let's say we have a text written with a capital letter, to the right of it a strip 1 pixel wide. Is it correct to center this bar relative to capital letter or lower case?
3. In the menu, the "Register" button. It stands out from the general background, because. such buttons should be attractive (right?), but in general, it does not look as good as it would look with a stroke instead of a fill.

1. It is not necessary to dilute the background - it will be inconsistent, because on other pages the background is not diluted with anything. Either everywhere you add some beautiful things on the sides, or nowhere. You can add pictures on those pages. For example, a gallery of works. But then don't forget the rest.
2. Capital letters. Because the bottom edge will also have characters below the base level. Letters for example, the letters "r", "y", "f", etc.
3. It is desirable to repeat this button on the pages. Read on Google about CTA (call to action, call to action). There is no "correct" solution. This is where A/B testing is needed. In my opinion, filling is more appropriate here, because more eye-catching. Google the checklists of selling sites, they indicate what and how should be in the header of the selling site,
Well, here's how, for example - after watching the video, I still didn't understand what kind of CITY
A it was, well, somewhere in the middle of the video there was a page where the headings had right-alignment. Better don't do that. Alignment everywhere should be "familiar" for the Russian-speaking audience, on the left. And in exceptional cases, to highlight certain pieces, it is permissible to center.

Oh, my viewing was the first.
"Bior e vitalization", Carl!
Everything is pinkish cream, a lot of half-dressed skins and an abundance of too encyclopedic phrases.
By the way, you have written: "9800 satisfied customers" and at the same time: "Hundreds of satisfied customers every day." That is, it turns out that this office works on the strength of two months.
Well, it’s normal, only this creamy background directly turns me into a TP.

1. I don't like the cursor, but the idea is good. Not a circle, but a grasping hand would have been better.
2. Where "9857 satisfied customers" with a central text block do something ... do not like it, maybe because there is an indent on the right side, but not on the left side. If they want to drive 20 lines there, it will not be beautiful.
3. "Contacts" redo. The size with the rest of the pages is not the same. To drive it into a frame or something ... and the devils run around)))
We won’t repeat ....
