Why does the file "none" appear in the root of the project?

Hello. I have the following problem. When working with xdebug via PhpStorm, the none file with the debug log appears in the root of the project. xdebug.remote_log = "none"I disabled the setting in php.ini . But the file keeps appearing.
Please tell me what else needs to be done to make it stop appearing there. Before this was not, with some it became, I don’t quite understand what contributed to this.
