Why does the exported illustration look with a small slave?

Hello, I am faced with such a problem that I draw some simple illustration and export it to JPG there at a quality of 6 or 10, and I encounter such a problem that the illustration does not seem to look very good, as if with ripples. This is not the only case. Before that, there was the same trouble, there was generally a text that I had previously parsed and cut some letters. When, after exporting, the image was greatly reduced (on the page using CSS) and ripples seemed to appear. Maybe I'm wrong or I have glitches, but can there be any problems with this?
Or do you need to adjust the image every time in illustrator to the future size on the page?

Adobe illustrator does not render raster graphics well, and the exported images do not turn out to be of the best quality. In the case of the site, I would advise the svg format, as the most optimal in terms of weight / quality, it is followed by png - the first vector and should be carefully exported from the program. If you fundamentally need a jpg in good quality, then save the source in ai or eps format, open it in Photoshop, set the desired quality and get an excellent image in 100% of cases.
