Why does the error W205000 occur when uploading a portion of files to the SVN repository?

Hello.
Today I had to re-upload the entire project to the SVN server (version 3.5.7 Standard Edition).
from IDEA 2016.2.
The upload fails if you select more than 1-2 files.
Commit failed with error
0 files committed, 4 files failed to commit: second
svn: warning: W205000: Ignoring unknown value 'hostnameSVN'
What could be the problem and how to solve it?
I have already tried several times to create a new project, clean it up on SVN and upload it, the error is reproduced.
