Why does the Cyrillic font look clear, but the Latin and numbers are blurry?

Please tell me why the Cyrillic font looks clear, and the Latin and numbers are blurry. Maybe someone faced similar?

Font CSS:

font-family: 'Graphik', Helvetica, sans-serif;
font-weight: 400;
font-size: 90%;
