Why does the cursor change to the boot cursor very quickly in a WORD document?

In Worde, when opening a document, the cursor constantly changes, as if it were loading something, but in fact it is not. It is impossible to work in such a document.
I tried changing the default printer and reinstalling drivers, unchecking hardware acceleration, nothing helps. Maybe you can come up with an idea. Thanks
