Why does the CPU temperature instantly jump to critical when running the AIDA64 stress test after playing Battlefield 1?

Processor I7-8700K . I start the game, play, the CPU temperature is about 71 degrees, then I exit, open AIDA and run the stress test. Before the test, the temperatures are about 55, and after launch they immediately jump to 86 degrees, the cooler speed is at its maximum, and the processor runs at stock frequencies (it was not overclocked). If, after a reboot, for example, you run a test, then the temperatures will gradually, within a few minutes, rise to a mark of 78 - 79 degrees (maximum temperatures in the drain). What is the problem?
