Sound cuts out when playing files?

Good afternoon!
I am contacting you because of a problem with sound:
When playing sound files with a player (standard, third-party or browser), the sound is interrupted for 2-3 seconds.
At the same time, the svchost process loads percents. by 40 - 50%. After reviewing it in more detail, I determined that the audioEndpointBuilder service loads in this process. Tried to stop it, same result.
system parameters:
OS: win7 RPO x64
computer: ACPI x64-based PC
sound device: VIA High Definition Audio
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_1106&DEV_4397&SUBSYS_18490397&REV_1000
Drivers are the latest.
