How to install the VGA driver for 8.1 on a new motherboard with a built-in win10?

Hello.
So the moment has come when a new computer based on Intel Dual-Core J3355 (the chipset is built into the processor) arrived at our office.
The motherboard, according to the manufacturer, only supports win 10x64, but win 8.1 x64 is fine. Unless now I can not find drivers for VGA for this axis on the network. How can I change the base screen resolution of 1024x768 from the Microsoft driver in win 8.1x64?
ps.From the open spaces of the network: Intel kept silent that the video embedded in the CPU only supports windows 10x64.

Oh, you have text ....
Do you want to know how to install drivers for the built-in video core of your processor under Windows 8.1, although support for this OS is not declared on the hardware (video core) itself? The answer is already in the question itself, without modifying drivers or searching for such modified drivers, this will not be possible.
