Why does the counterparty remain for a long time in 1C 8.2?

The database is file, it is located on the SSD drive, although they use it over the network, but I checked it locally on a copy of the database, i.e. was the only user and eliminated the network brakes.
In general, we go to Purchase - Counterparties - on any counterparty, select Copy, change what you need, click ok - and saving from 10 to 40 seconds can occur.
In total, there are no more than 5,000 counterparties ...
What can be done? Tested and fixed already - no effect...

Have you checked event subscriptions? Maybe, when recording counterparties, you have some requests to external databases to control uniqueness and correctness or upload somewhere in the RDB or something like that ...
