Why does the contact form (Contact) not work on all pages except the main one?

There is a site on drupal 9. ( https://dynamo-udm.ru/ ) There is a contact form made in the contact module. The form works on the main page, but on other pages it is rendered and the submit button is grayed out. The form output is generated via twig. Please, suggest solutions.
