Drupal 6 - why is the search form disabled?

The site fbconsult.ru has an old Drupal 6. I needed a search form in the header. Nothing was inserted through block-modules, although there is such a module in the admin panel.
I found the code and stuck it directly into the header, the search form appeared, but does not work. When searching, it throws on the fbconsult.ru/search/node/crm page and writes there:
"Access denied
Login for registered users only. Register or login"
Even for the admin.
Also found on the internet:
"A technical note: To use the search module the database user needs the create temporary table permission. If you do not have it, ask your systems administrator to make sure it's granted to you."
Do I need to create additional fields in the database for this? Or what needs to be done to make the search work?

Permissions for users must be registered (user management> access rights> ...)

I won’t say Ppro 6, I had something similar on 7, in the search settings there were 2 options, something like “search by user” and “search by nodes” (they influenced the action in the search form), put “search by nodes and everything worked
