Why does the connection break in MTS connection when requesting the site championat.com?

Greetings, comrades.
Internet via usb modem from MTS.
Found an interesting behavior - when you try to go to the championat.com site, the connection is broken.
All other sites are ok.
Ping and tracerout passes.
Same on other computers.
Why is this happening? Oh , just out
of curiosity.
