Why does the computer take a long time to load?

Some computers on the local network take a long time to boot. Things change if you pull out the Ethernet cable, then everything is OK. In AD, I did Reset account - it did not help. The situation sometimes gets when the computer "hangs" at the next boss.
What could be the reason??

Try to register the IP and DNS servers in the map settings. In the router, you can still bind to the MAC address. My computers on the network hung for a couple of minutes sometimes, while receiving the address, until I distributed the addresses to everyone. And it will be faster to contact them by IP.

You need to look at the event logs, apparently something is wrong with logging into the domain on the computer at startup.
