Why does the computer start for a long time (on normal hardware)?

Good afternoon, there was a following problem. The laptop on win10 starts for a long time.
According to the characteristics: 8 gigabytes of RAM, new 1 TB hard drive, processor: i7 4700MQ
Moreover, after turning it on, the laptop works fine, demanding games like FarCry 5, GTA5, The Witcher run great.
BIOS startup time: 25-35 seconds.

Iron is not very good.
For such iron, a long start is the norm.

Um... that is, pressing the power button before entering the BIOS settings or before the POST report appears?
Remove the battery - go into the BIOS - reset the settings - reboot - check.
