Is it possible to transfer a free Windows 10 license to another laptop?
I originally bought a laptop with Windows 8.1, then upgraded to 10. Now I bought a new computer with DOS. Tell me how can I install the top ten there for free, is it possible to transfer it from this computer somehow? Thank you.

No, it's not possible, this is an OEM license and is tied to the hardware, or rather, the key is registered in the BIOS of the motherboard.
You cannot legally transfer a license from another computer to a new DOS computer.
There is only one legally clean solution - to additionally buy a boxed version of Windows or a GGK legalization package. Everything else is trash and waste, the pioneer level of activators and other illegal methods.
You most likely have an OEM type license, it is tied to the hardware.
If there was a Retail-type license, then it could be transferred (5 times, if I'm not mistaken).
Yes, it's possible.
