Why does the computer restart in the game?
5 minute stress - test in aida64 at 100% load - all good, no reboot.
CPU temperature - max 75
GPU - 60
But at the same time in the game, for example cs:go. at a load of 50% after 15-20 minutes the PC goes out and reboots. What could be the problem?

As an option, first try replacing your PSU with another one to check + disable auto-reboot in the system properties (Properties of "My Computer" - Advanced options - Options in "Startup and Recovery" - uncheck "Perform automatic restart"). For prevention, clean your PC from dust + replace the thermal paste on the CPU and Video card and set the BIOS to use the Discrete video card for the image. You wrote that the test was done at 5 m and everything was fine, but the game can withstand 15-20, when the computer is idle, it also turns off? check also the task scheduler, maybe there is some kind of extra crap
