Why does the computer not see wi-fi?

When I distribute Wi-Fi from my phone, my laptop does not see it. It used to see it, but when connected, it did not turn on the Internet. Then, solving this problem, I sort of rolled back the drivers and installed them again, but it does not work.

I think it's better to uninstall the driver last. troubleshoot
First of all, check the services, then remove them from the "familiar" networks (+physically C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Wlansvc\Profiles\Interfaces).

In the phone settings (access point) - check if there is a 2.4GHz / 5GHz band switch. Not all WiFi adapters support 5GHz.
