Why does the computer hang when opening a video in full screen width?

Good day. I am using ubuntu 15.10. If I open a video in full screen on YouTube, then when I try to minimize it back, everything freezes. Even hotkeys don't help. Such a problem with both Firefox and Yandex.Browser.
There is no such thing on Windows. What could be the problem?

The computer is dead or there is a problem with the drivers.

I do not like ubuntu because of raw software and firewood, so if it is required, then I install LTS, and the previous one.
