Why does the "Component not found" error occur in the admin panel?

Good afternoon!
Installed the EZTestimonials feedback component on Joomla. Installed through the download of the archive in the admin panel.
Writes that the component was successfully installed. In the Components menu item, I select this component, go to it, it gives an error 404 "Component not found". I understand that it gives the wrong path to the component? Where can this be fixed?

1. Disable standard Joomla errors (enable debug mode in the settings)
2. Enable errors from apache (this is done in php.ini)
3. See what will swear at
4. Fix the error :)
