Why does the client not like the design?

I'm just learning, but I would like to understand what I did wrong. I designed a prototype of the page, but unfortunately, the downloader did not like it. What are my mistakes? What can be fixed?
Don't care about the customer, tell me what you don't like?
PS: Did the second one, what do you say?

Ask this question to your client. Here, everyone has no idea what he did not like, but here they can help to find out the thoughts of the client.

Yes, a normal design, you probably first had to discuss the prototypes, and then make a design based on them.
For the future - throwing squares - a matter of half an hour, but it saves a decent amount of time.
