Why does the camera not start from PoE?

Good afternoon friends.
I have a problem. There is a DGS-1210-52P switch , several DS-I114 office cameras are connected to it.
For some reason, several cameras refuse to start if powered by PoE. The length of the cable doesn't matter. Other cameras work in the same ports.
Camera model: DS-I114
Camera with separate power supply works great.
What to do?
