Why does the blue screen of death appear when working in a browser?
In general, the situation is very strange, I will try to describe everything in as much detail as possible.
I bought a gaming laptop (Aorus 15-SA), installed licensed windows 10. I installed all the drivers from the site, everything flies. The games are great. But as soon as I go into the browser and start looking for something or watching a video, everything freezes for a second and the blue screen of death pops up with the same error: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. And this happens every time, I go to the browser, it works for about 2-10 minutes and the blue screen. I've done everything possible, nothing helps. Maybe they can give me some advice...

If it's under warranty, take it in for repair.
if not...
The problem is either hardware or at the bios/driver level.
First you need to localize the conditions for the occurrence of an error - what exactly leads to its occurrence. Try turning off hardware, drivers, lower frequencies, etc. diagnose all nodes
Most likely a hardware problem. You can try taking the processor out and putting it back in. Maybe something with a contact. It happens.
If you are surprised that "if there is no contact, why does it work," then this is normal. Because the processor does not always use all the instructions, and even more so at once. And when watching a video or decoding, specials are involved. instructions.
Since you have a laptop and a new one, this option will not even work. So bring it under warranty, let them check it themselves.
