Why does the Bitrix24 application not transfer data to the database?

Hello, we have a problem with the analytics app, it has stopped working. The application is self-written, located on our server. I found the sql database for transactions on our server, the last entry is on September 27th (when the application stopped working). There is also statistics on application requests in Bitrix24, there are requests from this application every day "Analytics". It turns out that requests to Bitrix go, but the data does not get into the database and, as a result, is not displayed. Do not tell me why this is happening or what to look for? No changes were made to the application settings, from the settings there:
Path of your handler*
Path for initial installation
Application code (client_id)
Application key (client_secret)

I found a problem, it turned out that the database table had reached the maximum size, within the framework of the tariff. Changed the type from InnoDB to MyISAM and it worked!

This is the problem with your application. Perhaps it requests a certain amount of data and monitors it and is simply not able to pull all the data. For example, there is one batch request for 2500 transactions or it is not designed to work with limits. In any case, only an analysis of your application can give some sane solution, since the problem is in it.
