Why does the activity filter in the admin panel not show 80% of products?

There are 50 products available in the catalog section of the site, if you go to the admin panel in the same section, then there are 400+ products. If we filter the list of elements of the "catalog" infoblock in the admin panel by the "Activity" property, we see the same 50 products as in the public one. If you cancel the filter and view the list manually, all products have "Yes" in the "Activity" column. The question is why? Something with the db?
I also checked these products by the "Availability" property (built-in Bitrix property), all 400+ products are available.
UPD: no trade offers

Actually figured it out. When creating a faceted index, there was a failure in the database, the index was created incorrectly, as it turned out, an incorrect index affects not only the products in the public part of the site, but also the admin panel.
