Why does the ACK number not change when exchanging via tcp?

Is this correct? ASK with the same number... the exchange is simple, is there an error ?

Yes, I see that the question is old, however: since the second side does not send anything, its sequence number does not increase (until the FIN is sent, which is also considered), and the ACK sent to it does not increase accordingly.
