Why does text in sublime text3 turn white regardless of the chosen color scheme?

I didn’t run sublime for a long time, today I went in, and the text is white, I tried to set different themes, the color of the window changes, and the text remains white as it was.

Unfortunately, you didn't specify which OS. I'm assuming you have Windows. In the explorer, enter: Delete the Cache
folder (with ST closed), check.
