Why doesn't the Gist plugin for Sublime Text 3 load all gists?

I’ll clarify right away that in the plugin settings there is “max_gists”: 100, and I only have half as many gists.
At some point, I noticed that when I asked for gists in the editor, I couldn't find 100% previously created gists.
- Checked on GitHub Gist - everything is in place there.
- Checked and even regenerated access tokens. Did not help.
Who faced? How did they decide?

Having not received an answer, and having not found a solution, continued searching and found some alternative ( not ideal). This is the HaoGist plugin , it does the same thing, but alas, it does not load gist descriptions, but gist files. Which is less convenient for me, but at least it loads all the gists.
