Why does teamviewer work one way?

Good afternoon dear community!

Problem:

1. There are 2 machines with teamviewers on board
2. I can control the second from the first machine
3. I cannot control the first from the second. The status light "Connecting ..." is just on. I can send messages to this computer, I see it in the list of machines online, well, alas.
4. Removed the antivirus, the firewall is disabled, the application itself says that everything is fine and ready to connect.
5. In the process of experiments through monitoring the KIS network, I see how a connection is created on the premium side during the request on the standard teamviewer port 5938, but the program does not respond.

Help, can anyone come across this.
