Why does svg in webstorm open as plain text?

The problem actually is that when I first opened the svg file, webstorm asked me through which extension to open it. I have a laptop, and with an awkward movement of my hand, I confirmed its opening through plain text. Well, it turned out that when I open a svg file in webstorm, there is no syntax highlighting there, and the icon on the file is like on a regular text doc. How can I get everything back? Or how to choose through what to open it? Deleting and restoring the file does not help.

Settings - IDE Settings - File types
look there for associations to the svg extension, maybe put xml
