How to run gulp in WebStorm?

For many, the task will seem easy, but I'm just starting to use WebStorm and reading the manual did not fully figure out how to run Gulp in it.
The goal is the following, project layout (html + css), using the less preprocessor.
The assembly will be through gulp.
Livereload is also required.
At the moment, my assembly is implemented and everything works fine through the console, but how to do it through WebStorm. Please help and tell me in detail, since I'm not a guru developer and I'm just learning.
As I myself understood that all this is done through external tools and other settings + most likely plugins, but unfortunately I can’t figure out exactly how. Thank you very much in advance!

open the console in the storm and run in the same way as through a regular console - ALT + F12
