Yes, I understand that webstorm takes care of me, that it automatically writes the html skeleton for me in advance, but webstrom does not create a full html skeleton like the emmet plugin does, then as soon as I create an html file webstorm automatically creates a skeleton, and I will have to delete all this using the plugin emmet with "!".
