Why does sublime text stop working to select multiple lines when clicking on the mouse wheel?

Wheel selection stopped working in sublime text, I can't figure out why!
Everything is fine with the mouse, maybe the sublime version has affected.

Sublime Text 3 Buld 3114. Selection works. Perhaps one of the installed plugins broke this feature. Try downloading the portable version and check. https://www.sublimetext.com/3
