Hello. I hope many people use RssOwl and someone will help me solve the issue.
I subscribe to rss habrahabr (the best of the day), respectively, 50 posts can attack the feed per day. So the problem is that if you keep RssOwl off, then at the time of launch it will download the latest 20 news and that's it. In order to have all the posts in the feed, it is necessary to keep the program turned on around the clock.
Can I somehow fix this?
For example, feedreader and feeddemon work great in this regard - you can run the program at least once every 2 days, they will download all the news for the past time.

No way. Habr gives the last 20 entries in RSS only.
Use intermediate online services. Feedly, for example. Or self-hosted tt-rss.
