Why does responsive layout not adjust on a tablet?

I wrote media queries on the site so that the layout adapts to the tablet, but for some reason the desktop layout opens on the tablet.
Why? What needs to be added?

There is a suspicion that you did not register the viewport:
Paste it in head or add it to meta name="viewport"
