Why does RDP break when working through a huawei e3372h-320 4G modem?
Good afternoon!
The situation is the following. There is a 4G modem huawei e3372h-320 updated to the current firmware version + SIM card from the Megafon operator. When working through an RDP connection, if you do not move the mouse or use the keyboard for ~ 20 seconds, the RDP connection is disconnected. The same situation occurs when minimizing the RDP window.
I tried various options:
- Modem operation through Keenetic Giga router
- OMEGA 3G/4G MIMO connection
- Various locations, including another region
- I don't think that the problem is related to Internet stability - measurements were taken:
- ping 21, speed 50/25
- RSSI: -75dBm
- RSRP: -100dBm
- RSRQ: -6.0 dBm
- SINR: 18 dB
- When connected to RDP through a wire, there are no breaks.
- The admins on the RDP side blame my connection, although I suspect that it is still possible to wind up something on the rdp side.
I strongly suspect that the problem is related to the modem itself, since if you insert the SIM card into the phone and distribute it via wifi, then there are no gaps.
