Why does Proxmox crash on FastVPS?

The situation is as follows - there is a dedicated server (PX-90) on FastVPS. The server had a standardly deployed Debian 7, but it became necessary to install Proxmox in order to serve a dozen virtual machines. KVM was ordered, Proxmox 3.4 was installed with zfs as the root file system, a couple of virtual machines were configured, however, after a day of uptime, the server ceased to be available over the network, however, in the personal account it says that it is on, the again ordered KVM shows a completely dark console and does not react in any way for me, a software reboot does not help - only a hard reboot helps, after which the server works again, but only for a short time (about a day) - then the same situation. I thought that maybe zfs could have such an effect, I moved Proxmox now with ext3 - exactly the same situation. I checked the hard ones according to SMART - there is nothing suspicious. There is nothing suspicious in the logs. I thought about contacting the host, but I was confused by the fact that the original server with Debian 7 worked without problems. Has anyone experienced similar?

Yes, you can look for the same problem on the toaster in my questions, as a result, nothing is being treated, the problem is in the openvz kernel, that is, it crashes both on proxmox and centos with the openvz kernel.
Alas, only change the server.
Probably a problem with the ivi bridge processors, but I can’t say
for sure. px60 and 70 work with proxmox without problems.

EX40 on hetzner with Debian 7, works flawlessly with proxmox

Not as an advertisement, but I've been successfully using Hostsailor's Proxmox DS for over a year now .
It is possible to take a good configuration within 100-150$/mo.
Not a very fresh line, of course, but confidently working HP Proliant branded servers.
And iLO, again, is for everyone.
