Why does prestashp swear at the letter X when importing?

Hello.
Found a very strange bug. When trying to import products/categories, if there is a Cyrillic letter "X" in the cell, the system crashes and does not load the data. Has anyone encountered such a problem?
I think that we need to dig into the process of generating URLs, but I don’t know where they are.
Prestashop 1.6.0.9.

Temporarily turned off in Settings - Seo / URL - Special characters in the URL
Now it's even better, the links are not in Cyrillic and the import worked as it should.
