A very incomprehensible situation has arisen - there is a store on PrestaShop 1.7, it has a module for adding arbitrary html (pwblockhtml) for which the necessary hooks have been added to the template. However, it brings them to the front like this -

"<p><img class="img-responsive" src="/img/banki.jpg" alt="Bank exchange" /></p>"

I have an assumption that somewhere in the settings of the Smarty compiler there is a blocking of the output of arbitrary html

The problem is solved - you need to add the nofilter property to the variable and then Smarty will start to understand html tags in the created hooks
