Why does playground crash in Xcode 7.3?

With irritable frequency, the playground hangs or crashes. Error: "failed to launch stub for playground execution". Is it just me or is it a problem with version 7.3?

Because xcode itself is not very stable. Although I didn’t have any crashes in the playground. Any example?
