Why does ping to a host from the static dns list disappear?

Hi all. A bunch of hexs + cap lite, the problem is on the Wi-Fi for a macbook and an iPhone. Sites on the Internet are pinged normally at this moment. On pc (connected via ethernet) ping to host from static dns is fine. It is treated by turning off the wifi and, accordingly, turning it back on. Or mikrot reboot. In which direction to dig?
