There is a template with getResources

There is a chunk with such a piece:

The image is displayed, but in the original size
From what I tried:

1. Reinstall phpthumbof
   
2. Replace phpthumbof.class.php
   
3. Registered the rights 777 to the folder assets/components/phpthumbof/cache
   
4. Re-uploaded the image several times (removed Russian characters)
   
5. "...allow...docroot..." set the option to yes.
   

All outputs that I could google
Logs on the server are empty
