Why does PhpStorm give "Cannot find declaration to go to" in 1C-Bitrix projects located in www subdirectories?

Working in PhpStrom with projects on Bitrix , I noticed that in some projects I can fall into the name of the plug-in component or template (Navigate->Declaration), and in some projects I can’t do this, it gives out " Cannot find declaration to go to ".

For a long time I could not understand why this is happening, and today I figured it out: If the site files are in the project, in the www
subdirectory , then it does not find the path to the components / templates, but if the files are located directly in the root, then everything works successfully. How to make PhpStorm work adequately with a project in www subdirectories ?
