Why does PC freeze?

In general, such a problem appeared the other day, the computer just hangs tightly after a couple of minutes even in the browser, does not respond to anything, only a reboot helps. Most likely the problem is in Windows itself, it happens, I don’t really want to reinstall, now I’ll try to roll new drivers. At first I thought that the PC was just overheating, because it's all ficus 8350, how the stove works in winter, you come home - you warm your hands on the case. But, as it turned out, no. The temperature is normal, in games it's 75-80 degrees maximum, in the browser - + -45, for a ficus it's normal, it's been worse. Then I thought about the RAM, although when there are troubles with the RAM, the blue screen usually crashes, well, I thought, what the hell is not joking and checked, it turned out not to be either. The frequency is stable, all the dies are determined, everything is okay with the RAM. There is still space on the ssd, as much as 10 GB, so that's clearly not the problem either. The video card also seems to be normal, it costs 1650 super. That is, in the end, this is not throttling, not RAM, not vidyuha, not disks. MB and there is a problem in the motherboard, but it is unlikely. This is hardly a virus, although I use a torrent, and I don’t use antiviruses, because I didn’t see anything strange in the task manager, and even in Process manager 2. With what it in general can be connected? Because there is no apparent reason. You need to somehow solve this without reinstalling, because there are too many things to download. @Drno

RAM, as advised to run memtest
It can be a disk, easily
Or broken system files
