Why does parallax not work in a smartphone?

Hello! For some reason, parallax does not work on my mobile phone. Smartphone on Android 4.3, updated google chrome browser, javascript is checked opposite, screen resolution is 335 by 667. Moreover, everything works fine on a stationary computer at various screen resolutions and in online services!

Parallax doesn't work on mobile because scrolling doesn't work the same as it does on desktop. On iPhones/iPads, for example, the scroll event actually fires only when the page scrolls, not during the entire scroll. On androids, if my memory serves me, it's also something like this.

He is not needed there. Why load poor phones with limited battery and traffic with your whistles?

Open the page in desktop Chrome, open the developer mode, turn on the imitation of the smartphone screen (smartphone icon) and you will see 2 scrollbars, the point, apparently, is that the wrong one is being scrolled, incl. one needs to get rid of.
