Why does only the first click on ios work for ReplyKeyboard in telegram?

Faced a problem.
There is a group in the cart.
The bot sent a certain set of buttons to it using ReplyKeyboardMarkup.
On desktop and android everything works as it should.
On ios, only the first (very rarely the second) press works as intended - a reply is sent to the chat to the message with the buttons.
The second and subsequent clicks simply send a message (not a response) with the text of the button.
Accordingly, such a click cannot be tracked by the reply event.

Is that intended or am I doing something wrong?
Tried after each click on the button to delete them and send a new message with the buttons - but this is still a crutch ...

Tell me, please, in which direction to dig.
